Return and Refund Policy

At Industries Nationwide Corporation, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@industrynwc.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back. Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us for approval.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved      Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a      credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to      10 business days.
• Partial      Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g.,      items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for      reasons not due to our error).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

1. Check      your bank account again.
2. Contact      your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is      officially posted.
3. Contact      your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@industrynwc.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, contact us at contact@industrynwc.com and we will provide instructions for returning the defective item and shipping a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift      cards
• Items      that have been used or opened

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
